Scope of the policies:
Our policies apply to all those who work for (or apply to work for) the organisation, including contract and agency workers, trainee workers and students on work experience or placements, volunteer workers and former employees.

Complaints procedure:
Anyone who believes that they have suffered any form of discrimination, harassment or victimisation are entitled to raise the matter through the agreed procedures.

- Every effort will be made to ensure that complainants will not be victimised.
- Any complaint of victimisation will be dealt with seriously, promptly and confidentially.
- Victimisation will result in disciplinary action and may warrant dismissal.

We recognise that health and safety supports good business performance and will, therefore, receive equal priority to that of all other business objectives. The aim of this policy is to commit Families West to best practice in health and safety. All those who fall into the scope of these policies will be expected to help the Company to achieve its legal obligations.

First of all, what is a cookie? A 'cookie' is a small file placed on your computer's hard drive or mobile device when you first visit a website.
This site use a Google Analytics cookie, which identifies which pages are being viewed, and how frequently. It also records the search terms that visitors used to find it, or the link they followed, which allows us to analyse traffic and optimise the site accordingly.

Is it safe? Ours is a simple 'traffic log' cookie, which cannot harm your computer! It does NOT give us access to your hard drive or any of your personal information. We CANNOT see your name, IP address, email, details of any other sites you may have visited or your general online activity.

Storage and security of your data: The only data we hold are those exchanged in the normal course of business (your name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and is securely stored according to best practice in the industry.
